Chris Fudge is a results-based personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach who believes that success leaves clues. With over fifteen years and 20,000 hours in the industry he has won multiple awards for personal training including Canadas Personal Trainer of the year multiple times. Chris is an active member of the Canadian Powerlifting Union community as a national referee, meet director, coach and team Canada lifter.
Chris is a passionate educator of health and fitness teaching certification courses and is constant presenter at fitness conferences annually. His newest passion is sharing his experiences and education on his Project Fitness Podcast while continuously being ranked one of the top Canadian fitness and health podcasts.
