Why do you want to get healthy? What would this do for your family?

Your belief system is an acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists. 

Many of us, probably 80%, make changes based on fear. Fear of developing a disease, becoming obese, or dying.  Fear is a great motivator. The definition is an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain.

You will make changes based on your belief system and your why. If these are big and bold – your life will drastically change!
