Your Weekend Recipe!

Hey guys!

Happy Friday! I know ya’ll are excited for the weekend so I let’s try another new recipe. This recipe that I am going to give you is so good and if you are doing one of our programs here at In8Life this is one for you too. Hope you all have a great weekend and enjoy trying something new!

Chicken Burger:


100 grams of ground chicken breast

1/2 cup of raw spinach chopped

1/2 cup of peppers  chopped (bell or hot peppers)

1/4 tsp. onion powder

1/4 tsp. onion salt

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. dry mustard

2 T. apple cider vinegar

Tomato salad ingredients: (optional)

1 cup tomato diced

1 cup cucumber diced

salt and pepper


Mix all ingredients with ground chicken breast in one large mixing bowl. Then mold into small patty. Grill or broil adn serve with tomato salad.
