Hey Guys!
I hope you are all having a great week. I know your weekend recipe is coming tomorrow, but I wanted to share with you guys one of my recent creations I had about a week ago! Sometimes when I need to go grocery shopping I pull out all I can from the fridge and use that to make dinner for the night before. When I do this, that’s when the creative dishes come to life. Well last week this exact scenario happened and I made a dish so good that I am not even sure I could remake it the same again! I love when this happens because I didn’t follow any recipe or really have a plan of what exactly I wanted, but I just put something together. It was AMAZING! My husband raved about it and I couldn’t stop either. This is exactly why we encourage you all to get creative and try new things because you will find new dishes and foods that you never thought you would love, but you do! Sometimes we look at what we have and say I have nothing to cook and it makes it that much easier to just give up and go out to eat, but when you try and get a little creative you’ll be surprised at what you can come up with. I will leave you guys with the ingredients I used for this amazing dish and you can tell me what you think!
Enjoy,
Emily M.
