Portions Make all the difference

KISS fact: (Keep It Simple Stupid)  Eat the rainbow at each meal and 1/2 of your plate (any size plate) should be veggies. Mix it up with multi varieties to total 1/2 of the plate. 1/4 should be protein and 1/4 should be fruit and/or starch.  With each meal drink water and eat side salad first, then eat veggies first, protein second and by the time you get to fruit/starch you will be  pretty full with the good stuff and have no room for sugary stuff.  Unlike what you’ve been told as child it’s ok to leave sugary stuff on your plate.  Your be healthier for it!
