Eating Healthy Doesn’t Have To Take Long

This is a picture on my lunch today, 3 baby cukes, 7 small colored peppers and 2 hard boiled organic eggs!  This literally took me 3 minutes this morning to get together, its all about the prep work.  When you grocery shop buy 1 dozen of extra eggs, I always at least buy organic eggs, no exceptions.  Just hard boil the extra and do it immediately when you get home form the store so that they are done.  I say this all the time to my patient, please don’t over complicate eating.  You don’t have to have a fully cooked meal at every meal. It doesn’t have to be expensive either, this was all purchased at SAM’s club, this entire lunch cost about .65 cent for the eggs, $1.26 for the peppers and $1.50 for the cukes. So under $4 buck(give or take) for lunch, come on everyone can afford that.   As you all probably know by fruit is sugar and sugar is sugar, so if you start with sugar in the morning you’ll crave it all day. I personally have an issue with sugar so I even avoid fruit and I’m surviving quite nicely without it.  I know everyone has 3 minutes to prepare lunch and $4 buck to eat healthy. You don’t have to use the same veggies as me, eat what you like!

KISS Fact ( Keep it simple stupid) Best way to boil your eggs in boil the water first with salt, once rolling boil then add in COOL eggs for 10 minute cooking time, they will peel really easy this way
